Factual Reality: the facts: what happened, who said or did what to whom, how and when. Interpretive Reality: the interpretation of those facts (i.e. motives): the why behind the whom, when, how and what. Interpretations are individually subjective and only ultimately objective, if accurately interpreted from the perspective of the relevant individual/s actions being interpreted.

Simplistically Information Quality Operations refers to communication practices: how overtly or covertly people communicate their wants and cooperate in a team to accomplish their individual or collective goals together; whether based on fully informed consent (white), plausible deniability (grey), or outright deception (black).

We are each individually responsible for cutting ourselves off from factual reality by consciously and unconsciously substituting our interpretations of reality and ideological reality for factual reality. Most of humans spend most of their conscious lives in ideological reality (whether based upon religious, ethnic or class based ideological reality), occasionally venturing into interpretive reality, and severely deceiving themselves they are consciously living in factual reality, or engaging in discourse from a factual reality foundational perspective.
The three stages of reality according to the Ecology of Peace Radical Honoursty culture principles, are:
FACTUAL REALITY: is founded upon FACTS: if overt: what happened, who said what, who did what to whom, how and when. We create the world by noticing who, what, when and how via our senses of sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch.
INTERPRETIVE REALITY: is founded upon the interpretation of facts.
If the whom, when, how or what act is not factually unequivocal -- i.e overt -- but covert and hidden; then a combination of smaller evidentiary facts combined can enable an interpretation of 'how'; 'when'; 'who' and 'what'. Generally speaking when we consider 'why' the observed individual overtly or covertly did or said what and how and when; we enter into subjective interpretive reality; because unless we were able to read their mind; we don't know -- for a fact -- what their motive was for covertly or overtly doing what they did.
Our motives for who we choose to be, and what we choose to do -- covertly and/or overtly -- and say are a reflection of our cultural subjective reality; which would include ethnicity, religion and class.
The best definition of cultural subjective reality that I have found that 'works' for me, to help me to attempt to objectively interpret other person's behaviours is Erich Fromm's "a group-shared system of thought and action that offers the individual a frame of orientation and an object of devotion":
“To clarify, “religion” [or “culture” or “ideology”; whichever is your primary psychological paradigm determining your sense of existential purpose] as I use it here does not refer to a system that has necessarily to do with a concept of God or with idols or even to a system perceived as religion, but to any [racial, religious, class or culture] group-shared system of thought and action that offers the individual a frame of orientation and an object of devotion. Subjective and Objective Interpretive Reality:
When we are interpreting the motives of someone who shares our cultural subjective reality then its fair to examine their motives within the context of our shared cultural subjective reality.
When we are interpreting the motives of someone who does not share our cultural subjective reality, then -- if we want to be (a) fair, or (b) really know their motives, as opposed to bullshitting ourselves or our friends or readers, that we pretend to know their motives -- then we must examine their motives within the context of their cultural subjective reality; not ours (irrespective of our subjective opinions about their cultural subjective reality).
Objective interpretive reality is when we accurately interpret the motives of someone, based upon their cultural subjective reality; not ours.
Cultural Subjective Reality Information Operations (IO):
Simplistically Information Operations refers to communication practices: how overtly or covertly people communicate their wants and cooperate in a team to accomplish their individual or collective goals together; whether based on fully informed consent (white), plausible deniability (grey), or outright deception (black).
Militarily information operations refers to the -- white, grey or black -- process of message communication, as opposed to the content of the message (which could be a different quality of information (IQ): again from white, grey to black). See for example: USA IO. So someone can engage you with white IO: they officially and publicly recognize you; yet provide you with black IQ (the content of their message is a lie); and so on.
For example: They can publicly award you with some war or peace medal (white IO); but secretly believe you are just some stupid idiot worthy only of being military cannon or peacenik War is Peace PR fodder (black IQ); and so on.
If you received some warrior medal, and your initial military contract informed you that you were signing up to be military cannon fodder, then there is no need to deceive you or anyone else that your medal is the cheap propaganda equivalent of the money paid to mercenaries or assassination hitmen. On your sign up sheet it could have asked you: do you want to be paid with a medal and socio-political social warrior status, or do you want money or loot for your warrior service?
Similarly if you are informed you are to be awarded some peace prize medal; and you agree to accept it. If they are honest that it is a War is Peace Whore prize; then there is no need to deceive you or anyone else that you are being rewarded for being a War is Peace Whore. Your 'War is Peace' medal is the cheap 'War is Peace' propaganda equivalent of the money paid to mercenaries or assassination hitmen. By accepting the War is Peace medal you are being socio-culturally paid to deceive and pacify all your followers into believing that the worlds social contracts are based upon some rule of law principle; whereas the truth is they are based upon rule of force. You open the Trojan horse gates, for the corporate, academic, political and military mercenaries and soldiers to exploit, dominate and colonize the lives and minds of anyone who now believes you to be motivated towards rule of law 'peace'. An honest 'War is Peace' medal acceptance sheet could have asked you: Do you accept being paid a 30 pieces of silver 'Peace medal' to betray yourself, your values and lie to every single person who has ever believed any sentence you said, that included the word 'peace'?

As previously stated: objective interpretive reality is when we accurately interpret the motives of someone, based upon their cultural subjective reality; not ours.
I imagine, the greater the white to black distance of cultural information operations; the greater the possibility for error or faulty interpretation of another individual's motives; but I could be wrong about that.
IDEOLOGICAL (HISTORY) REALITY: is founded upon the ideological meaning making story. Meaning Making ideological stories are based upon collective – racial, religious, ideological, class or culture – tribal identity moral interpretations of a collection of historical events, frequently using second-or-ten-thousand-hand moral interpretations, to generate a moral – racial, religious, class or culture – tribal meaning making story (history).

The earth is not flat. Resources are not infinite. Humans share this planet with other humans and other animal and plant species. None have an inalienable right to exterminate the others (any human group who decides they have such inalienable right to breed or consume above carrying capacity limits and exterminate others for their own greed (not need) should not be surprised if other groups consider them to be a planetary security threat to the survival of all other species).
Conclusion: Humans have a 'right' to breed and consume upto ecological carrying capacity limits, and no further. Humans who breed or consume above ecological carrying capacity limits are consciously or unconsciously thieving other humans or species resources; without their consent.
2. Fully Informed Consenting agreements:
No humans or animal wants to be coerced or forced to be a slave to any other species; without their clear and fully informed consent to such relationship.
